Shooting video on t2i

Hello! first let me say, I recently bought a 7d and installed ML on it. Holy wow!! it's really great! I can't wait for the full release! Second, just got a t2i to use as a B cam, and I'm having some trouble getting it to record video with all the settings I want. I'm sure it's a simple thing I'm missing. Should the dial be set to video mode? or M? the problem I'm having is when the camera is set to video mode some of the features like ISO and white balance and shutter speed all seem to be locked or in AUTO mode. Is anyone else having this problem?

You have to have it set to Movie on the dial. Then enter the Canon menus and change Movie Exposure from Auto to Manual.
