Shutter Speed not changing?

after installing magic lantern my shutter speed will only change between 60 and 80 during video recording mode. i have checked that Manual exposure is set and everything can be changed bar the shutter speed
Anyone know why this is?
i have run the installation perfectly and all the features work.

Canon EOS 600D
18-55mm 3.5-5.6

maybe there is Exposure Override parameter set to ON, try to reset all the settings to the default values first...

Go into ML menu MOVIE and make sure that Shutter Lock is set to OFF.

If it is set to ON you still should be able to modify shutter in the EXPO menu in ML.
