HDMI Out and LCD

Does anyone have any ideas on how to have both an external monitor as well as the LCD screen displaying an image? Is there perhaps a ML setting, or any other ideas?

You simply can't.

As a workaround. If you have an android tablet or phone there is an app "DSLR Controller" that will display on both. Unfortunately not with ML.  (yet ??)
