[SOLVED] Problem with 2.3 on Canon 5D Mk2

I was using a previous build of Magic Lantern and decided to upgrade to 2.3 today on my 5D Mk2, and I noticed something really weird. I can use one card just fine - but if I remove it and use another (also formatted with ML 2.3), the camera acts as it it has no power. No lights, nothing. If I pop the battery out and put it back in, then the card works fine.  This phenomenon even happens with a non-ML card (if used AFTER having used a ML 2.3 card).  Is this common? I can't imagine it is since I don't remember this occurring with my previous ML version.
