Magic focus with focus ring

Hi,

I'm very new to Magic Lantern and I'm trying out all the amazing features it offers. I just tried magic focus, which I find one of the most useful tools. It works with every parameters, except the one I would ; focus ring.
Does someone knows why?

I own a Canon 5D Mark II, with 2.1.2 firmware and ML v. 2.3.

What lens?
Canon EOS 6D, 60D, 50D.
Sigma 70-200 EX OS HSM, Sigma 70-200 Apo EX HSM, Samyang 14 2.8, Samyang 35 1.4, Samyang 85 1.4.

A Canon 50mm f/1.4, and I tried in AF and MF with no results.
