Ah - many thanks Malcolm!  and thanks for the comment, yes i tried to keep it a bit more natural

How do you embed the image on here - it seems when you add the url between the image tags it just posts the url and not the image?..

Sure thing!

To embed an image, paste the URL (as text), select the URL, and click on the third button from the second row (the one beneath underline). Your link should now be enclosed with [ img ] and [ / img ] tags (without the spaces).
