Recording Raw on a DJI Gimbal

It seems whenever anything is plugged into the mini USB camera control port, raw recording throws a bunch or errors on the screen and the files are corrupt.

Are there any workarounds for this?

Such a shame not not be able to record raw on a gimbal.

Try starting with cam off, then turn on in photo mode. Wait a while and then switch to movie mode.

It works on my 5D2 on a Zhiyun Crane 2 Gimbal. So it does work on a gimbal. More details from you would be helpful

Glad it helped. I'm on a 5D3 and own a DJI gimbal too, first time I connected it I was so disappointed... took a while to find a way.

Your sokution worked on webill S, i had the same problem.
Now it's stable. Just dont use the LV button (center of the wheel) since it cause can not stop the record.
