Please need help with White fouce box in the millde

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much Admin for approving my request to join this group.

I purchased a Canon EOS 50D for our church live streaming and installed MGL and can't get rid of the centre white box.

Tried all the settings as per some posts in this forum and also followed many YouTube videos still the same.


I switched the AF to manual still the same, only the box size changes.

Please, I need your help to fix this error.
