Artifacts in ML Raw Canon 5D Mark II

I notice some red and grain artifacts when I shoot ML raw, anyway to fix this?

Are you taking about the noise or aliasing?

The noise could be reduced by exposing properly, aliasing will be bad anyway and while you can get rid of some color artifacts by using CA desaturation, it will decrease the quality.. It is better to plan your shots avoiding busy high contrast detailed patterns, and using vintage lenses wide open also helps because they generally aren't that sharp, it could work like some sort of an anti-aliasing filter..
