Magic Lantern is draining my batteries. Going to Patagonia this week help....

I love ML but it is definitely draining my batteries on both 5D2's. I mean it was full yesterday and now it's flat. The camera has been turned off all that time, I noticed this on my other 5D2 just last week.
Please help I'm about to go to Patagonia on a shoot and I'll need all the battery power I can get.

I guess If I take out the card with ML when I turn off the camera that would be a quick fix ?

Any ideas, Thank you in advance.
