One of the things I do not like of the BMCC is the lack of operation features. Last night a dreamed of the camera with the ML. I know that it is VERY difficult (dream is free) to accomplish. But I will be glad to hear the expert´s opinions. Thanks.

It's impossible, unless they somehow use DryOS or something very close (including Digic processors)

Why not ask black magic to create the features you want? Its a 3k camera for a niche market. I'm sure they're all ears.

A camera with an open API would be great but i dont think manufacturer would want people actively tinkering and voiding warranties.
