EF-S 18-135 is dc lens - how to reassembly?

Hello, long story short is like i'm going back to home and when i take my camera the lens started blocking at random points, so  i decided to disassembly it and i found what was making the problem, 2 screws just unscrewed themselfs. But there is next problem, lens that is responsible for focus just got out and i don't know how to put it in again, it just literally dropped out of the lens and don't want to come back. it looks like there is 3 points that go on railing and one "tongue" that is connecting it with focus ring. Every help really aprecciated, i'm just sitting here for 6 or more hours and thinking how to get it back.
