Comparison MLVapp Feature Dual Iso OFF and ON
All scenes are just using the default settings in MLVapp with no additional creative adjustments except increasing the shadows a bit.

Truly, I'm quite impress with the result.

Looks awesome, but the dynamic range of the scene barely requires dual ISO.
I think this one would look exactly the same with single iso ETTR. And it's much faster to process.
