auto iso in manual mode for still on 5D mark II

Hi, I'm the latest noob around here. I've been doing some research about this on the internet and throughout this forum, and I would like to ask if anyone is able to fix this: is there any way ML can enable the use of auto ISO when in manual mode? I know this feature works for video, but I only shoot stills and I would really love to be able to set my shutter time and aperture and let the camera decide what ISO to use. This is probably the only reason I would install ML on my camera. Thanks in advance for any reply!
