wont install on 64gB class10 SDXC card

hi there,
I can get ML 2.3 to install on a 32gB class 6 card with firmware 1.0.2 but whenever I try to install on a 64gB class 10 card it doesn't work.
does anyone know if there is a compatibility issue with these cards?
I've tried to set it up to boot from card but that's not changed the outcome.
My investment in these cards now seems hopeless, please help.

Try formatting in the camera and then making the card bootable using one of the card utilities found on this page.

After you have made the card bootable, copy the ML files onto the card and it should start fine. You will not have to do the 'Firmware Upgrade' step.
