Canon 5D Timelapse Question

Hi,
I've done several test with Magic Lantern, and I have some question about Timelapses:
1) If Bulb ramping and silent mode are selected return a message "PICTURE NOT TAKEN"
2) There is a way to take pictures in an higher resolution? Actually is just 1024x680 jpg.
Any suggestion is well appreciated...

High res? turn off silent pic (I don't think 5D has high-res silent pics)
