I've now added in a figure of merit feedback to give an appreciation of resolution loss as one focuses and stops down the aperture:

Just uploaded a new version of DOFIS that: tidies up the code a bit; adds additional comments to help people understand what the code is doing; ensures DOFIS 'respects' the ML AB settings when exposure bracketing; and uses a more refined sensor+diffraction resolution model.
