a/v out headphone cable

I know this is not a buy and sell forum but I want to buy an a/v out headphone cable for Canon 5D Mark II and everywhere I look the cable is "no longer available" or "sold out" including Sescom, Amazon and B&H. Any suggestions where I can get one?

Cannot find it available to buy in anywhere. Hoping someone on the forum can point me to where to buy. Or maybe has one they no longer use and wants to sell?

I haven't been able to find it online period, so if you'd like to share those sources, that's appreciated. And, for sure, I'll look at them with wide eyes open re: reliability, and, I'm sure "special" pricing. Thanks.
