Focus stacking with remote control

Hello All,
I'm very new to Magic Lantern, I have search the forum for my question, but did not find a response. Here is : I use a canon 5D2 with a 40 mm to make 360 photography. Here is a example, in the "Concorde" : https://www.gabrielacoca.fr/concorde
As you can see, it use focus stacking. I have download and install ML, but I found that I have to click on the play button to play the stacking sequence. I'm looking for a solution where Focus stacking will play with remote control. Thank you. Gabriel.
