RAW file header inför for Timestamp

Hi All, I have a specific question. I hope there is an answer to it. When I take a RAW photo (.CR2) with my 600D can Magic Lantern save the timestamp to header file with milliseconds as well. Or is this not possible due to the Canon hardware?
