[Survey] EOS Utility: Liveview capture in video mode with MLV/RAW enabled?

Encountered a bug with EOS Utility and activated MLV/RAW in movie mode for 7D. Working with 650D, though.

Please test your model and reply here.
A1ex expects Liveview broken in 5D2, 50D, 500D, 550D, too.
Should be working in 5D3, 6D, 60D, 70D, 100D, 600D, 700D, 100D, 1200D.

Test:
- Load any MLV or REC record module. Don't activate MLV/RAW in movie tab.
- Run EOS Utility and connect cam to PC via USB.
- Activate Liveview option in EOS Utility.
-> EOS Utility will show Liveview as expected.

- Disconnect USB and activate MLV/REC option in movie tab.
- Run EOS Utility
- Connect cam to PC via USB and try to establish Liveview.
-> Liveview button will not work as expected. -> [Fail]
-> Liveview is working -> [Pass]

Please run test and submit results.

Test results for - 7D

Test:

-> EOS Utility will show Liveview as expected. Yes to Liveview - photo mode and movie mode

- Disconnect USB and activate MLV/REC option in movie tab.
- Run EOS Utility
- Connect cam to PC via USB and try to establish Liveview.
-> Liveview button will not work as expected. -> Fail to Liveview - movie mode
-> Liveview is working -> Pass to Liveview - photo mode

Canon 50D (109; build Nighlty 2017Aug18)

mlv_rec loaded : LV window ok
mlv_rec loaded and activate (Move Record enable, RAW video (MLV) ON) : LV window on EOS Utility doesn't start

Canon 5D3 (113; build crop_rec_4k 2017Oct7)

mlv_lite loaded : LV window ok
mlv_lite loaded and activate (Movie mode, RAW video ON) : LV window ok


EOS Utility 3 on macOS High Sierra (v3.7.0) _{(50D doesn't work with v3)}

Some tests with qDslrDashboard:

5D3: LV ok but some warning on Cam screen and finally had an Error 70 (error log same as above)

50D: LV ok in photo mode but unable to have both (LV on qDslr and cam screen); no LV in movie mode with raw

I dont know if its related but I can't play back h264 files from the camera to hdmi
latest experimental crop on canon 5d mark 3 1.2.3 (2017-10-16 20:22)
