Display focus peak in Live view when using zoom in

Is it possible to display focus peak in live view with activated zoom (5x and 10x) ?
I use focus peak very often, mainly when I do macros. It would be great to display focus peak in zoom mode in liveview, because the sharp area in a macro is sometimes only 1/10 mm, and with focus peak it would be much more easier, to find the exact point of sharpness.
