60d Q-menu won't shut off after ML install

Hello all,
I just installed todays nightly build, the 3rd of December, of ML on my 60d, and noticed the "Q-menu" won't leave the live view screen.  The only way to make it go away is to fold the live view screen into the camera body so the live view screen itself shuts off.  Is there a setting I am missing that will make the Q-menu disappear and keep it  from staying on my live view screen while shooting?
