Using AF-motor for manual focusing

Dear ML-community and developers,

When i am trying to focus in a dark surrounding manually with my 200mm lens with 10x live view magnification the objekt is shaking quite a lot when touching the lens to focus.

Is there a tool to use the AF motor to approximate the perfect focus step by step manually?
