HDR Video - recording stopped after 6/7sec.

Hello,
I changed my camera from the 650D to the 700D cause of the video autofocus and installed the fresh Version of Magic Lantern on the same SD Card as on my 650D (CnMemory Class 10 - 16GB)
All worked well and starts correct, but if I try to explore the HDR Video the camera always stopped at 6 oder 7 sec. of recording.
With the older 650D I can record more than 30sec. in one row.
How can I fix it to get the recordtime longer on my 700D ?
What is my fault ? Some wrong settings ? anyone knows this problem ?
