Used Canon 7D it's worth it?

Currently I have a canpn 700D and video recording in RAW at the resolution of 1504x640 (1 minute) or 1472x626 (continuous recording), 24P
Lenses:
Canon 50mm f 1.8. ef
Samyang 8mm
Canon 24mm 2.8  f-s

The question is this:
I found a used Canon 7D, with two years of life, (I do not know the number of shots, he must let me know), 300 Euros with included battery grip (non-Canon).
Do you think it's worth it?
The picture quality is better than a 700D?
What resolution I could get in continuous recording with the appropriate card?

Tell me, what would you do?
300 € is much or little for a camera body that is released in 2009?
