Uninstalling ML without ML card

Can I uninstal Magic Lantern on my camera without Magic Lantern card in it? I have empty cards only and I am worried it could cause some problems (while ago I couldnt start my 5DMII, because I didnt have a ML card in it, but it seem to work now even without ML cards).

If you want to clear M/L and the boot flag from the camera just put the M/L files on a card and go as to install M/L but at the bootom of the screen it should state 'If you want M/L un-installed wait 50 secs" so just let it run without turning off the camera when it's finished turn off camera and back on to format the card via Canon menu.
