Can make custom toggle option for Magic Zoom? Like touch screen?

I have an EOS M and I am not using the touch screen for shooting on the preview window. The Magic Zoom function is extremely useful but I need to use the half shutter button for auto focus and manual focus ring too which are essentially the only ways you can toggle the Magic Zoom so when I use those inputs for their intended purpose I have the Magic Zoom box spazzing as predicted... Any way to make something like a Script to use the touch screen to toggle Magic Zoom box?
