Raw and Sharpening Picture style

Hi, two things I'm not sure on I have the 700D and there is an option for image sharpness inside the picture style does this have effect when recording .raw video and I'm also planning to record in 960x544 is this raw resolution high quality enough to scale to 1440p? appreciate any help cheers

Picture style settings do not effect raw video.
