50D can't change settings for video

Hi all!

I am using 50D with lastest nightly build. When I want to record video (non-raw), I set shutter speed, iso etc. and when I hit REC button, the settings are going to the default ones. Like this:

I set shutter 1/60 - it goes back to 1/100
I set iso 320 - it goes back to iso 100.

Am I doing something wrong?
