70D Best settings

Hey guys

First time user of Magic Lantern and really impressed so far. I am going on Holiday this weekend and really want to shoot some RAW video on my 70D. One thing I noticed when I started filming was the sheer size of the files - Is this normal? I recorded about 7 seconds of footage and the file was nearly 2gb.

Just want to know a quick few things if someone can help me out:

- What are the best settings for recording continuous RAW footage with 70D (best settings for post processing)
- Are these file sizes normal or am i doing something wrong? I only have a 32gb SD Card
