60D hd resulution - not full hd ?

Is it possible to get just hd resolution 1280x720/25 frames - not 50 frames - just save some sparce on the sd card when hd is okey ?

RAW/MLV? Nope!
60D's card interface limit is about 21 MByte/s and you need about twice to record RAW in HD.
