ML Menu Not Showing on 60D

I have looked in FAQ, Duplicate Questions and Search. So, I apologize if this has been covered. I found a discussion on disabling ML by holding "set" button during power up, but this did nothing in reverse to pull up the ML menu. After several attempts to re-install nothing has changed. I see the version of ML listed in my firmware, but the menu is still Canon's. Please help. Thanks.
