5D Mk II raw not recording at any acceptable rate

Why with any resolution my 5D with ML raw, will not record and the blue light comes on and stays on, I look for clip in playback but nothing is there.
I have a 32gb 1000x komputerbay cf card

REC/STBY notify
Custom notifications for recording or standby:
◾ Red Crossout (highly recommended if you forget to press record)
◾ Message (it shows STBY or REC)
◾ Beeps (it will beep when recording starts or stops)
◾ Blue LED (obvious if your camera has it)

Can you take photo or a short video  to describe the problems and or
