maximum iso

saw this mentioned but not sure if there was a final answer. is it possible or will it be possible to assign a maximum iso in video mode? this was a great feature of the previous release.

Maybe in the future, but the current implementation was interferring with manual ISO, so it was removed.

How about that nowadays? It is possible to set max ISO when ISO is in auto mode (for video and for pics)?
I checked newest nightly and I didn't found this feature.
