Problem installing ML. Says I have incorrect firmware version

I cannot proceed with ML install. When I get to firmware update stage, it gives me the message:

"Incorrect firmware version. Exporting a Canon 550D with firmware version 109. Please reinstall Canon firmware 109 even if you already have this version."

I have downloaded the correct nightly build that matches my camera, and followed all the instructions for install step by step (Low-level formatted SD card, fully charged battery, Camera on M mode). Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I have Cannon 550D on 1.0.9 firmware. My SD cards are Samsung 64GB micro SD and Kingston 16GB Micro SD. I've tried installing ML from both of these cards.

Install Canon firmware version 1.0.9.
Yes, I read you already have 1.0.9 on your cam. Just do it anyway. Common problem, common solution.
