Timelapse - ETTR - Ramping

Hi there, ive been trying to search but cant find exactly what im after.
is there anyway we can set the ETTR -
to change the shutter speed down to a specified limit say 5 second is the max,
Then it will switch the Aperture - down to a specified limit say f2.8
then it will adjust the iso up to 6400
Im trying to do a week long timelapse and would love to get the stars going into night and day etc. but i wont be there to manually change it.

ETTR won't touch aperture.

I haven't used the Auto EXPO module in some time.  It may work as needed, but I think it adjusts aperture before shutter.
