Sensor cleaning "noise"

Hi!
I installed Magic Lantern on my 6D 1.1.6. I realized that the mechanic noise of the sensor cleaning is much louder than it was before. Is this normal? After uninstallation is it silent again.
Do i have to count with any damages, or am i too paranoid?

I dont think ML would do that.
I have a 6D as well (bought new last month)
Mine has the very small "noise" everytime it do the sensor cleaning,
it does bother me (so i have the auto cleaning set to OFF)
my 550D does not have this "noise"

From what I am reading from forums, this is "normal".
but I am not sure
