Endless memory 6d wifi

Hello,
I'm new to the forum, tried looking for this info but have not been able to find it.
I use to run a Eyefi card in a earlier camera. When setting the Eyefi to Endless memory mode, the card transfered photos as they were taken, providing both an 'endless' memory and a safe place for my photos in case tha camera got lost/stolen.
I now have a 6D and am looking for identical functionality. Internal wifi doesn't offer the automated upload of photos, modern eyefi card removed the endless memory option, no more automated uploads.

Can ML help with this issue? I must admin I did not yet look at the technical details, but the notion that it could run scripts should open up a wealth of possibilities.
Any thoughts, experiences and advice on the issue will be greatly appreciated.
