Remote Control Software For ML

I am thinking of taking the plunge into ML, but before I do I have a question.  I do a lot of focus stacking pictures and like using a tethered computer with Helicon Remote and Focus.  Can I still do this with ML installed?  I know it has focus and exposure bracketing as well, but seeing it on the big pc screen gives me the warm and fuzzies.
