Uninstall 5D mark iii / SD inside, not recognising it.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can uninstall Magic Lantern from the 5D mark iii? I've gone to update firmware with the correct SD card inside, however it doesn't recognise it.

Also - the SD card had been formatted (inside camera) and taken out of the camera accidentally. Magic Lantern still runs on it, is it still fine to use? Is there any need for me to re-install it? My worry is if I face any problems later on.

Format card in cardreader.
Format card in camera
Copy extracted nightly build contents to card.
Run firmware update and wait 30 seconds.
Done, you uninstalled ML.
