Getting lots of noise is this normal?

Hi guys noticed recently i been getting tons of vertically banding noise on my footage.
Is there something wrong with my camera? is this amount of vertical noise normal?
This photo here is zoomed in on the footage WITHOUT ML using firmware 1.2.3
I have highlighted the banding

And this image is with ML

Any help would be amazing, im using the latest 1.2.3 ML version.

Increase the amount of light hitting the sensor.  You could use aperture, shutter, or a light bulb or something.

These exposure guides should help.
