i search raw_twk.mo and found it mp3_play.mo / plot.mo / trace.mo

There are lots of modules in the ML repo (and elsewhere) that exist for various purposes and are not included in the public builds for various reasons (there are actually a lot more than the 3 you mention). Some of these are just experimental/fun/pet projects of developers, some of them are to aid in development (reverse engineering, testing, debugging, etc.), some of them are "in work" and need further polishing before being ready to release publicly.

You can inspect the source for these various modules to determine what they do (that's the beauty of open source). If you don't understand what they do, and they are not publicly released, it's probably safe to assume you won't have any need of them in the first place.
