Invalid Raw A:/DCM/100...

I shot some footage with the new build for Canon 5d mark iii 1.2.3. And I have a couple of invalid raw files in on my card, that I can only see as "Invalid Raw A:/DCM/100..." in my camera. I dont see the damage files when downloading them. Any ideas how to fix these damage files?
I surfed around here on this forum, but no solution worked for me. Also the problem is that I can't see the "Invalid raw files" in my canon folder on my computer.
