Configuring Autoexp module

Good evening.I am trying to do this: (Starting with these settings min Tv to 1/15 and ISO max 3200) I am trying to have the right exposure when shooting in daylight (fast shutter,low ISO)  but when shooting in low light give priority to slow shutter and high  ISO will follow that.
Can anyone suggest what might be the settings for that?

It's not very clear what you are asking, and what about aperture?

Perhaps give some examples of exposure parameters that the various built in modes (Av, Tv, P) select and why and how those are insufficient, and what exposure parameters you would prefer.

Or maybe just explain what it is you are trying to shoot.

"P" mode would do the job if I could set slowest Shutter speed 1/15 and add +0.5 EC to low light shots
