5D Mark III - Slow Motion but NO RAW

Hi Guys!

I'm pretty new to Magic Lantern and I've been searching quiet a lot but couldn't find the answer.

I would like to film in standard 5d settings (h264) but would like to film in slow motion - is that possible? how much fps can i get with that?
what settings do i need?
