Delete CF card files in camera

I use ML on a 5DIII in the field. When a CF card is full I want to copy the ML video files to a portable hard disk with SDI connection like the WD Passport (http://www.wdc.com/en/products/external/portable/)  Then I need to delete the files (as reformatting in camera will remove exFAT formatting and limit length of files that can be recorded) so I can use the card again. The only way I can see to do it at the moment is through a computer, but the whole idea of a lightweight hard drive is to avoid carrying a laptop. Is there a way I can delete the files in camera either through ML and without ML?

Thanks for that info but I have searched high and low on the ML menu and checked the user guide and cannot find where you browse the card file.system.
