Version 1.0.2 fails

I have the t3i and am using version 1.0.1. I have followed the instructions to load the current nightly build on my camera, but it fails. I have to reinstall the old version again which works. Here are the instructions as posted on the site. I have done what was posted, what am I doing wrong?



You cannot use this package for first install. Download the old v2.3, install it, then replace the files with the ones from the nightly build.

My bad, I totally forgot to update my Canon firmware. duhh!
