weird error after exporting dng from Resolve

Hey there,
didn't know exactely, where to post this, Sorry, if posting here is wrong. In almost every exported video from Resolve, or even AE, i get this weird glitches on every clip, where the top of the clip has a colored, thick line, which changes, appears and disappears over and over again. Is this some kind of known problem?
Video material seems to be fine, since there is no problem in the programs, or in the preview. Must be sth with the export? tried different exports too, DnXHD, Avi, Mp4, TIFF, all the same.
Some experiences like that anyone?
