Regular download vs nightly builds. Only see nightly builds on DSL page?

So I downloaded the nightly build link for my 60d without issue.  Just wondering why a regular download isn't avalable as well?  Did I get the right thing?  Would prefer a complete version.  Any help?  Thanks

ML 2.3 was 2-3 years old and has been removed from the downloads page.

This point in time it's Nightly Builds or nothing.

for example for a 600d..
